If you need a longer break, activate self-exclusion. Options are available to close your account for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Once active, no promotional communications will be sent to you either.
Activity History Review
Log in to your account at any time to view your betting history, deposit and withdrawal records, and win/loss statistics. Use this information to make informed decisions.

Golden Rules for Safe and Enjoyable Gaming
Responsible gaming is not just about avoiding problems — it makes every gaming session more enjoyable. Following the rules below will keep gaming a source of entertainment at all times.
- Only play with money that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life.
- Set time and budget limits before you start playing and stick to them.
- Never think of gambling as a source of income — it is simply a form of entertainment.
- Accept losses and do not place larger bets to try to recover lost money.
- Take regular breaks. Get up at least once every hour, walk around and spend time with loved ones.
- Do not gamble when you are stressed or feeling low — your ability to make decisions is weaker at those times.
- Be honest with family and friends. Once you start hiding things from them, take it as a sign that you need a break.
